Remote Business Manager
Responsibilities: The list here is to vast to complete, but a few examples of tasks we perform are email and calendar management, data entry, database management, travel arrangements, social media design and posting, client communication, and corporate event planning and execution (including occasional in-person events if available and local).

Requirements: Previous experience with the above tasks and as an executive and administrative assistance, virtual assistance, or remote business management.

We move very fast and multitask, so experience in Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom (joining and presenting), Canva, AI apps, CRMs, and previous experience working in project management applications is a must.

Comfort jumping from application to application, client to client, task to task very quickly is a must.

web & graphic designer
Responsibilities: Website creation (both WordPress and Wix) and graphic design (Canva) is a must, e- commerce integration (Shopify, WooCommerce) is helpful.

Requirements: Proven experience in web and graphic design roles. Strong experience in WordPress, Wix, Canva are required. Adobe is a plus.

Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Admin, and familiarity with hosting platforms like GoDaddy, NameCheap, etc..
bookkeeper
Responsibilities: Managing client books. Some clients need full service bookkeeping, others need their books kept up-to-date.

Invoicing and reconciliation of accounts.

Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Payroll coordination.

Tax preparation support (in collaboration with CPAs).

Ensuring accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online.

What are the work hours?
Flexible, though availability during standard business hours may be required.
Is this a W2 or 1099 position?
1099 contractor position—contractors are responsible for their own taxes.
Is this position fully remote?
Yes, with weekly team meetings on Zoom.
What equipment is required?
A reliable computer (Mac or Windows), high-speed internet, and a late-model iPhone with space for additional apps and an understanding of how to use it.
What about training?
We provide onboarding, including a background check and skills assessments, and expect contractors to be able to adapt quickly to new applications. We have lots of training opportunities to help you get to know how our clients like to work and tasks associated with them, but if you don't know how to use the applications we use regularly, that will make it impossible to do the work.
Is technological proficiency essential?
Absolutely. You must be able to work seamlessly across various platforms with minimal training on that platform.

Due to the significant investment in training, time, and overhead associated with each team member, maintaining a high standard of professionalism, reliability, and performance is essential. We also reserve the right to verify references and conduct background checks on all applicants before onboarding.
