Are unused hours rolled over?

No, hours reset each month to keep the focus on your current goals. We understand that things come up and will do our best to be flexible when possible.

How do we communicate?

We work remotely via email, text, Slack, Monday.com, and Zoom. If you’re in Omaha, NE, we can arrange in-person meetings as well.

How do you ensure confidentiality and data security?

We take confidentiality and data security seriously. All team members undergo background checks, regular skills assessments, and continuous professional training. We also use trusted platforms to handle your data securely.

Can I request specific team members for my projects?

Yes! If you’ve worked with someone from our team before and want them to assist on your project, just let us know. Building relationships is deeply important to us, and we’d love to hear feedback on a job well done by a team member!

What tools and software do you use?

We use industry-leading tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Monday.com, QuickBooks Online, Canva, Zoom and more to ensure seamless operations.

What’s the typical turnaround time for tasks?

Most small tasks are completed within 1–3 business days. With bigger projects, it will vary. We are efficient and move quickly. Need something urgently? Let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Our team works hard to be efficient and mindful of deadlines.

Do you offer support outside regular business hours?

We can! For urgent needs, we’re happy to arrange after-hours support.

Do I need to provide training for your team?

Our team is highly skilled, but if your business requires proprietary systems or workflows, we’re happy to learn them.

Do you charge extra for urgent or last-minute tasks?

Sometimes. Tasks requiring immediate attention or that are outside of the scope of your current package may have additional fees.

What happens if my needs change mid-month?

We’re flexible! You can upgrade your package anytime, and we’ll adjust your hours accordingly. Our goal is to make our services work for YOUR business.
