what if my issue takes longer?
We do our best to keep sessions focused and efficient, but if the issue is more complex, we’ll offer two options:

Continue at our hourly rate of $75/hour, billed in 15-minute increments.

Or, shift to an asynchronous fix (we’ll take it from there and follow up within 3–7 business days depending on complexity).
Either way, you’re in good hands.

We offer two straightforward options:

30-Minute SOS Session — $49
For quick fixes, tech check-ins, or one focused issue.
(Ex: a minor QuickBooks question, domain access issue, or phone syncing trouble.) -
60-Minute Setup Session — $89
For walkthroughs, system setup, or multi-step problems.
(Ex: Microsoft account recovery + file organization on multiple devices.)
